Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS — BARE ORIGINALS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong item sent
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Significant size discrepancy from our published size chart

WHAT WE DON'T ACCEPT
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Change of mind returns
- Size exchanges on COD orders where the correct size was delivered

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at help@bareoriginals.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
- Your preferred resolution (exchange or refund)

We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer — we'll ask for your details.

EXCHANGES
We'll send a replacement once the original item is returned to us and inspected.
